Concurrent is a purpose-built Agentic AI platform for owners/operators to automate business processes in managing their built environment assets.

What is Agentic AI?

Agentic AI is a type of artificial intelligence (AI) that can make decisions and act autonomously, without needing direct human intervention. Agentic AI systems, also called AI agents, can:

  • Adapt to changes in real-time

  • Solve multi-step problems

  • Learn from their outcomes to improve future responses

  • Collaborate with other AI systems and humans

Agentic AI is designed to work more like humans, and can handle tasks independently. Some examples of how agentic AI can be used include: Streamlining insurance claims, Optimizing supply chain management, Empowering financial decision making, Accelerating drug discovery, and Transforming customer service and support.

Agentic AI is different from GenAI, which automates routine tasks but depends on human instructions.
